Benefits of B12

Vitamin B 12 is a nutrient that is important for immune support, brain activity, DNA, nerve and blood cells.  If you have challenges with dizziness, mood challenges (anxiety or depression), lack of energy, memory problems, pale skin, and pin and needle sensations in your body, you could be B 12 deficient in it.  It is noted that vegans, vegetarians, and those over 50 are mostly diagnosed with having this deficiency. Although, it can be found in eggs, meat, and dairy, and grains(fortified cereals), it can also be given in supplement form(drops, shots by your doctor, tablets).
