MODULE 1: MIND

The Two Ss: Sabotage and Stagnation

This module focuses on the MIND component. It takes clients through a reflection exercise of the: obstacles, and challenges they may be facing related to motivation to eat clean or exercise.

MODULE 2: BODY

Nutrition reflection- Food is NOT your enemy.

This module focuses on the BODY component. Many of us have an unhealthy relationship with food. From emotional eating to stress eating, “we are not eating to live we are living to eat.” This exercise is designed to get to the core of our outlook on nutrition and to become educated on core principals in developing a healthy outlook on food. Clients will learn about label reading the “80/20” rule and the Dr. Sears LEAN philosophy.

MODULE 3: SPIRIT

Building balance - What’s next your healthy lifestyle affirmation?

Module 3 is the final module and focuses on the last component of SPIRIT. In the N.U FOCUS healthy lifestyle development model- the goal is for clients to complete their (extended) program with the ability to understand AND maintain a healthier lifestyle.
